Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you create or run a league on EliminX ("we", "us"). EliminX is run by [OWNER_NAME], trading as [TRADING_NAME], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT_EMAIL].
1. What EliminX is
EliminX is software that helps you run a Last Man Standing competition: player lists, picks, fixtures and results, banter and Ask the Gaffer. We provide software only. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an organiser account. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by co-admins and staff you add.
3. Your responsibilities as organiser
- Run your competition fairly and legally, including under the Gambling Act 2005 and any local licensing rules.
- Collect and pay out any entry fees and prizes yourself. We never handle this money.
- Make sure anyone paying to enter is 18 or over.
- Only add player names and details you're allowed to share, and tell your players you use EliminX.
- Don't post or allow unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or use official club crests or league logos you don't have rights to.
4. Plans and prices
- Standard: £6 a month or £49 a year.
- Custom: £8 a month or £69 a year, plus a one-off £75 design fee.
- Pub / Club: £10 a month or £89 a year, plus a one-off £75 design fee. Adds TV mode, the QR poster pack, staff logins and a higher Ask the Gaffer limit.
Prices include any VAT that applies. Yearly plans cover 12 months from the date you buy. Promotional codes apply only as stated when you use them.
5. Billing
Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Your league goes live once your first payment succeeds. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment details; after that your league is paused until you pay. Paying again restarts it straight away.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your admin area. Your league stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, then pauses. We don't refund part-used periods or the design fee, except where the law requires it. Your consumer rights are not affected.
7. Scores and availability
Fixtures and scores come from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. You can correct results in your admin area, and your decision on results is final for your competition. We aim to keep EliminX running but can't promise it will always be available.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect losses or disputes between you and your players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
9. Suspending or ending your account
We may pause or close a league that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. We'll tell you why where we can.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date they last changed. If the changes matter, we'll ask you to agree again when you next log in. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
